The personal data that we collect and why we do so
Our games, applications or web services do not collect personal data today. In some of our apps the user can create a user profile with a name or add content within the application. This information is only stored locally on the actual device and is not collected or stored by us.
In some applications there are functionality for uploading various types of information about yourself or others, such as name, gender, contact information, pictures, own notes and so on. You may also upload information about yourself such as medical information, medications, health data and information to be shared on social media platforms. You upload all such information for your own sake only. We do not process such information for our own sake and will therefore not be the controller of such data. You can always change or delete such information yourself.
Some of our apps may collect anonymous data of usage to help us improve our apps. This data may contain information about how and where the app is used, but it is not associated with any personal data. It could also contain information about your device, language preferences and display resolution.
If you contact us, e.g. by email, we may store your name and contact information as long as it has relevance to us. When we do not need your name and contact information any longer, we will remove it.
Storage of personal data
The period of time when we store personal data is dependent on what legal ground we have for our processing. The personal data will be stored until the legal ground for the processing has ceased. Data is deleted from our records when it is no longer needed within a reasonable timeframe.

1 About DBT Selfhelp & Diary Card
DBT Selfhelp & Diary Card is an application provided by Psykolog- och Läkartjänst I Karlshamn AB (Swedish company organization number 556771-2160). DBT Selfhelp & Diary Card provides support for Users with emotional regulation difficulties.
1 Agreeing to our terms
To accept these Terms of Service, you have to have the right to enter into a binding agreement with us and not be prevented from doing so under any applicable laws and you must be at least 18 years old.
2 Usage and payment
You make a payment to be able to use DBT Selfhelp & Diary Card. Payment can be made by App Store’s or Google Plays separate payment solutions.
To be able to use DBT Selfhelp & Diary Card, you don´t need to provide us with certain information.
In addition, there might be additional costs with for instance data traffic charges that you pay to your provider/operator, which is managed between you and your provider/operator. This is outside the scope of these Terms of Service. You pay when you create your account in the Service and/or in the renewal of the Subscription Service.
3 Misuse of DBT Selfhelp & Diary Card
Psykolog- och Läkartjänst I Karlshamn AB always has the right to terminate your User Account and/or to block your e-mail address. This might be done if you misuse DBT Selfhelp & Diary Card in any way. A breach against these Terms might be classified as misuse.
Your user account is personally linked to you and may not be shared with others. You undertake not to copy, in whole or in part, the content of Psykolog- och Läkartjänst AB in the Service and to not in any way override the technical limitations that are intended to limit the ability to copy content in the Service or disseminate content of the Service through, for example, sales, copying , lending or rental, not even for personal use. 4 Changes, updates, limited access to DBT Selfhelp & Diary
Psykolog- och Läkartjänst I Karlshamn AB always has the right to, at any time, change and update DBT Selfhelp & Diary Card. Psykolog- och Läkartjänst I Karlshamn AB also has the right to change or terminate different functions in DBT Selfhelp & Diary Card included – but not limited to – functionality, functions and services, without notice. These Terms shall apply on all new functionality, functions and/or new services launched in DBT Selfhelp & Diary Cards.
Psykolog- och Läkartjänst I Karlshamn AB always has the right to, at any time, with or without notice, take such actions which may affect your usage of DBT Selfhelp & Diary Card, if necessary. Psykolog- och Läkartjänst I Karlshamn AB shall take such actions urgently and in a way which causes as little inconvenience for you as possible.
Psykolog- och Läkartjänst I Karlshamn AB’s actions as described in the section above does not incur any right to compensation.
5 Intellectual property rights
Psykolog- och Läkartjänst I Karlshamn AB and/or eventual Partners have all rights, intellectual property rights included, attributable to DBT Selfhelp & Diary Card, as well as all material provided to you through DBT Selfhelp & Diary Card. This applies on all intellectual property rights whether or not they are registered. “All material” includes, but is not limited to, manuals, guides for Users and other written, electronical or non-electronical descriptions of how DBT Selfhelp & Diary Card is created. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted in a way that makes you entitled to claim any such rights or material.
You own all your Data, even if it is provided to us through DBT Selfhelp & Diary Card. Psykolog- och Läkartjänst I Karlshamn AB does not claim the right to any such Data.

DBT Selfhelp & Diary Card is delivered as it is. Psykolog- och Läkartjänst I Karlshamn AB does not guarantee, neither expressly nor implicitly, except for what is literally stated in these Terms, anything. For example, Psykolog- och Läkartjänst AB does not guarantee that DBT Selfhelp & Diary Card is suitable for your needs.
You are aware that access to the Internet is required in order to use some parts of DBT Selfhelp & Diary Card, and that such access neither is installed, maintained nor established by Psykolog- och Läkartjänst i Karlshamn AB. Psykolog- och Läkartjänst i Karlshamn AB does therefore not guarantee that you can use DBT Selfhelp & Diary Card at all times.

8 Force majeure
Unless Psykolog – och Läkartjänst i Karlshamn AB or you have acted with substantial negligence, Psykolog- och Läkartjänst i Karlshamn AB and you respectively are never liable towards the other party for the breach of these Terms as a result of event outside of our or your control, such as lightning, fire, power failures, strikes or other labor related conflicts, war, military call-up, new legislation or actions of authorities and other similar events.
9 Modification of the terms
